Techneering Limited (TL) HSE-QHSE Policy is to achieve the highest level of safety at work, so far as is reasonably practicable, to provide a working environment that is safe and without risk to health as:

  • Focus on customer satisfaction (meet specified customer requirements and ensure continuous customer satisfaction).
  • Provide all necessary training for the employees to be competent in HSE management (ensure to train employees to be competent in HSE management).
  • Provide all the necessary resources to ensure a safe place of work and a safe system of work.
  • Ensure to protect and strive for improvement of the health, safety, and security of our people always.
  • Ensure eliminating quality non-conformances and HSE accidents (provide an effective system of work-related injury and illness rehabilitation.
  • Set quality and HSE performance objectives; measure results; and assess and continually improve processes, services, and product quality using an effective management system.
  • Plan for, respond to, and recover from any emergency, crisis, and business disruption.
  • Minimize our impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, and the reduction and recycling of waste.
  • Apply our technical skills to all HSE aspects in the design and engineering of our services and products.
  • Communicate openly with stakeholders and ensure an understanding of our QHSE policies, standards, programs, and performance; reward outstanding QHSE performance.
  • The provision and maintenance of plant, equipment, and systems of work that are safe and without risk to any person.
  • This policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability and TL must be placed an emphasis on ensuring human health, environmental protection, operational safety, and community support, and as we are committed to complying with TL as standard as well as all applicable laws and regulations where we operate.

This policy will be communicated openly to our employees, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Meanwhile, it will also be made available to other interested parties whenever requested.

The Board of Directors / General Managers of Techneering Limited (TL) shall be responsible for the overall implementation of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, while the Management System Leader shall be responsible for the general management of the Integrated Management System.

Managing Directors of TL also believe that it is the responsibility of all employees to perform their assigned duties safely by following established safe working procedures, the correct use of personnel protective equipment (PPE) or control measures, and by reporting or, were able to do so safely, correcting unsafe acts or conditions.
