- Reviewing the quality of all materials at site and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and quality. Furthermore, we collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of materials.
- Supervising the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensuring adherence to all procedures. This we achieve by coordinating with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Assisting employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, we comply with all quality manual and procedures. In addition, we collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
- Managing lifting of all equipment and handling efficient storage of all hazardous materials. We carry out this process in conjunction with performing quality audits as per the required schedule.
- Analysing all products and non-conformance processes, as well as evaluating all documents. This is to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality while preparing monthly performance evaluation reports.
- Monitoring an efficient system and associated data for all project activities. During this procedure, we analyse all processes, to ensure performance levels are in accordance with quality requirements.
- Meeting our regular standards of managing all work methods, maintaining knowledge on all quality assurance standards, monitoring continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommending corrective actions for all processes.
NDE Inspectors:
Our NDE Inspectors usually perform NDE inspection of material at various stages of manufacture and also generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities. They notify Operations and Quality Assurance / Quality Control management of significant problems and complete all necessary documentation, which will help attest to the satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.
Our Inspectors will compile accurate reports when non-conformance is identified, indicating the defects, associated root cause(s), and the personnel involved. We send these reports to the appropriate departments for action and close out the report when the actions are completed. At our internal and external customer’s requests, TL Inspectors can explain the inspection system, procedures, and other related quality processes and requirements. They make use of various types of equipment to complete the NDE of components at different stages of manufacture, including hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and liquid penetrate inspection.

Project Monitoring Control.
Techneering Limited is into project monitoring and control by using special software called Primavera P6. Techneering limited provides the appropriate programming, management, and interfaces between business functions. Our delivery team ensures that contractual milestones in all sections of the project delivery program are understood, monitored, and adhered to in a controlled and appropriately timely manner. We maintain a fully logically linked Primavera P6 project program, ensure that the schedule is resourced (plant and personnel), and update to reflect modifications in execution strategy, which require close work with the project delivery team to regularly maintain the status of the program provide regular updates to the program to allow project staff to plan their works.
Techneering Limited helps in monitoring and controlling those processes performed to observe project execution so that potential problems can be identified on time, and corrective action can be taken, when necessary, to control the execution of the project. The key benefit is that project performance is observed and measured regularly to identify variances from the project management plan.
Some of the monitoring and controlling includes:
- Measuring the ongoing project activities (‘where we are)
- Monitoring the project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and the project performance baseline (where we should be)
- Identifying corrective actions to address issues and risks adequately (How can we get on track again)
- Influencing the factors that could circumvent integrated change control, so only approved changes are implemented
